As the Senior Product Manager for BenefitWallet® mobile app, led the complete re-design of a failing app. Had full product development lifecycle ownership from concept to development/testing to successful launch.• Served as the “acting” director over 3 Product Managers (HR & Learning; Government Payments; Transportation), setting standard for new model of Product Management within Conduent.Led 14-month complete re-design of BenefitWallet® Mobile App, working closely with UX Design team and developers using Scrum methodology. • Worked on internal Conduent app to help associates assess their exposure to Covid-19, so they can more safely return to work - developed with 7-day turnaround from conception to code completion.
