I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in December 2021 Summa Cum Laude after 3.5 years with a Bachelors Degree of Finance. After graduating I started working at IBM as an Associate Business Planning Analyst in January of 2022. During my time at UWEC I had many jobs and experiences that helped shape me into who I am today. I tutored students in the introductory finance course for 3 semesters at the request of one of my professors. I was involved in a capstone finance course where I helped manage two different portfolios that totaled over $400,000. For 3 seasons I coached a middle school football team at Eau Claire Regis Middle School, while also volunteering with the basketball team for one season. During these roles it was integral that I taught the fundamentals of teamwork, communication, and how to compete. Those are traits that I believe to be integral to successful athletes and teams but are also important to success in business. During college I also spent 3 season reffing basketball, all of which included me reffing at the varsity level. This helped me learn how to succeed in stressful situations and under intense pressure. Reffing and coaching are activities that I hope to continue doing as I grow my professional career.I was also very fortunate to work at Fireworks City in Baldwin, WI for five summers during high school and college. This was a job that I thoroughly enjoyed and taught me many of the traits that have helped me become successful today. For this role I was a cashier manager, stocker, and salesman. Through these various positions I was tasked with many different responsibilities and that helped me hone my customer service, communication, and work ethic.Through my diverse work experience I met many people and learned many skills that have helped me become the person that I am today.
