Responsible for the Off Trade, Marketing & Export sectors of Marston's Beer Company with line management of an Assistant Accountant.

Responsibility for all six breweries within Marston's Beer Company.

• P&L responsibility for the Off-Trade (Supermarkets and Wholesalers), National (Pub Operators and Brewers) and Export sectors of Marston’s Beer Company. Providing support to the relevant Directors, Heads of Sales and Account Managers.• Month end processing• Forecasting• Budgeting• Weekly reports that add value• Communicating effectively with and presenting to finance and non-finance staff• Ad hoc reports and queries (including support for key customer meetings)• Board-level reporting on divisional KPI’s including commentary • Helped improve cross company forecasting techniques and process• Part of a bi-monthly Business Review process• Presenting to both finance and non-finance personnel• Design, implementation and training on value adding finance tools• Ability to cover for management when out of the business• Led a Commercial Finance Workshop with the Commercial Marketing Team
