Practice of Law in three primary areas: 1) Small Business Law, 2) Real Estate transactions, and 3) Wills & Probate. Within my Small Business Law practice I write and review contracts, form entities, manage entities, perform corporate administration, and advise small businesses on various legal matters. In my real estate practice, I have a construction contract sub-focus and a transactional focus of writing and reviewing purchase, sale, and lease contracts; I also perform other various legal and administrative functions relating to real estate issues. I write a lot of Wills and estate planning documents as well as various Trust agreements and work on trust administration matters. I probate Wills and help my clients with alternatives to Probate when it is practical to do so.

Contract attorney in 2000 for preparing Branch Davidian plaintiffs for their depositions.

Litigation work on large attorney malpractice case on plaintiff side. Plaintiff was heir of oil fortune vs large law firm and its members. Mostly document review and organization. Firm now Gibbs and Bruns.

Litigation work on whistleblower plaintiff's cases including involving Alyeska pipeline, commercial litigation in "business divorces", Texas City toxic chemical spill representing mass number of plaintiffs and preparing them for their depositions. Joined with many young lawyers at the Texas City La Quinta taking all day depositions for months and having lunches at the Denny's attached. It was a grind but there were some fun things about it too - and Texas City sociology lessons to boot.
