With over seven years of work experience in retail and social media, I am a versatile and adaptable intern at the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR), where I apply my mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to various projects and tasks. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision of advancing the aviation industry. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the NIAR's mission of providing research, testing, certification, and training services to the aerospace community.As an intern at the NIAR, I use Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Python to perform data analysis, automation, and visualization for different projects. For example, I developed a VBA macro that automates the generation of reports and graphs from raw data, saving time and improving accuracy. I also created a Python script that extracts and processes data from various sources, such as websites, databases, and files. I have learned how to apply these skills in a professional and research-oriented environment, and I have received positive feedback from my supervisors and peers.
