The supporting expert and initial point of contact for users, responsible for support of 2 Stibo STEP systems, data modelling and export handling.Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the performance of each interface (ERP (SAP), Webshop (Hybris), Offline Catalogues, etc). Responsible to setup/maintain and monitor WebUI, business rules and workflows. Supports product/feature/patch rollout by reviewing requirements with testing resources including test plans, test scenarios and test cases. Delivers training and knowledge regarding Stibo technology. Submits proposals on the directions for data model change and system setup, with a long-term vision of the information system’s architecture and of application integration problems, including the Stibo roadmap.

Responsible for the accuracy, integrity, consistency, compliance and quality of domain data sets across the enterprise through the definition, implementation, and enforcement of technical product data standards and procedures. Development of processes/applications/automated scripts and adhoc queries to support ongoing assessment, measurement and resolution of data issues (accuracy, fill rates, consistency, adherence to standards). Collaboration with data domain SMEs for continuous improvement.

My responsibilities included checking the technical attribute data of our electronic and electrical products to ensure the customers can be safe in the knowledge that the product they are ordering is suitable for their applications. As well as continually looking at ways of improving SEO through keywords and indexing. This involved looking in detail at technical specifications/datasheets and liaising with numerous suppliers globally. Other responsibilities include adding new products into the back office databases (Stibo STEP, AS400, BPCS) as well as supporting with amending large amounts of data for a number of diverse teams globally. This requires working with large Microsoft Excel files using numerous data control functions and formulae.
