Wrote business plan for this site which included market research, marketing and management strategies, and financial.

Supervise seven full-time and 40 - 80 part-time staff with an annual budget of 1.8 million dollars. Manage and provide leadership to a large recreation division including diverse youth and adult recreation programs, community services and activities, and facility and park supervision. Managed corporate sponsorship development and fundraising for community.

Directly responsible for supervising one full time facility coordinator and 25 - 35 part time staff.
