Responsible for sustaining implant activation and laser annealing processes in a class 100 cleanroom, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Utilize statistical process control and DMAIC principles to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes. Lead DOE's for qualification, wrote documentation and provided training for new processes. Successfully increased the capacity and improved yield of processes to support production ramp. Investigation and disposition of non-conforming material. Recipe design and creation in various tool sets including several metrology and diffusion tools. Use root cause analysis to investigate and resolve major disruptions and line down scenarios, as well as implementing long term solutions. Manage equipment inventory and troubleshoot equipment related issues on laser annealing tools and inductive furnaces.

Taught and graded Introductory Physics Lab during my final two semesters at Appalachian State University. Mentored 30+ undergraduate students in learning physics theory through scientific experimentation and data acquisition. Developed streamlined techniques to improve the learning experience for students. Set up and troubleshot lab experiments for every undergraduate class within the Physics and Astronomy Department.

Assisted in leading the Electrical Team on Appalachian State University’s Solar Vehicle Team, managed 50+ graduate and undergraduate students to ensure the performance and durability of a solar powered race car. Collaborated on design and optimization of electrical systems in both the 1st and 2nd generation vehicle build cycles. Maintained and troubleshot every electrical component from electric motor to Li-Ion batteries in high stress situations. Assisted in placing 2nd in the 2017 Formula Sun Grand Prix.

Responsible for going door-to-door and discussing potential storm damage claims with customers. Physically inspected homeowners' roofs, documented findings, provided estimates, and completed relevant paperwork. Worked directly with the homeowner's insurance adjuster to point out storm damage in and outside of the home. Periodically checked up on clients from start to finish to ensure they were happy and the job was done as promised.
