I have also mentored a virtual team resulting in numerous Green Belt accreditations with tangible savings. As well as the above I have also been involved in driving other improvement initiatives throughout the software delivery lifecycle such as Estimating improvements, Software Delivery Lifecycle and Agile and worked successfully on projects with teams spanning locations across UK, India, Malaysia, Brazil and China

Helped to initiate and embed the Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodology into the HSBC Software Delivery UK organisation through the creation of the vision and goals of the programme, establishing KPIs and management dashboards, setting up the training schedules (which included delivering aspects of the training), owning the improvement project portfolio and the communications and stakeholder management frameworks which are still being employed by the programme today. This role also required excellent communication and presentation skills through frequent contact with senior management to gain support and provide programme updates.
