Intern in Digital Client Support, managing and updating existing client websites with new content and announcements. Also worked in the design studio, writing copy for promotional materials for the internal, global rebrand of a client.

6 month internship in the Faculty of Biological Sciences building a learning and social space for prospective Masters students within the faculty. The role involved helping to build the website, and managing and creating content for the site, including providing a social presence and responding to students' queries. I was also involved with evaluating the success of the site, including designing questionnaires, running focus groups and statistical analysis of site usage and student satisfaction. The project as a whole was then presented at the University of Leeds Student Education Conference.
