I have been involved in the waterproofing and resilient flooring industry for over 10 years. Over this time, I have been exposed to multiple systems on a vast range of construction projects including data centers, schools, universities, offices, hospitals and residential apartments.Before stepping into an office-based management role, I installed all of the systems that we offer to our clients today. This onsite experience has not only helped with my product and productivity knowledge but has exposed me to the day-to-day interruptions and challenges that are faced in this industry.Throughout my career, I have learnt that no two jobs are alike, and I will always be faced with new challenges to overcome. I take pride in my ability to overcome these challenges and present a solution which is supported by my clients and suppliers.
