- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for ASRS rack manufacturing and installation.- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, accounting and logistics, to ensureproject milestones are met and the project is delivered on time and to the customer’s specifications.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards throughout the manufacturing andinstallation process.- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.- Serve as primary point of contact for clients on existing and future projects, which may includepreparing compelling presentations, proposals or progress meetings.- Partnering directly with various key stakeholders from soliciting additional business from current clientsthrough execution of contract, including client, design engineer, structural engineer, plant team,transportation/logistics, installation and more.

• Guide and assign projects relating to the engineering, development, maintenance• Assist Project Managers in complex multi-function/ multi fulfillment center projects• Oversee all vendors on property and any project• Propose logistics solutions for customers and assist to negotiate prices with vendors to reduce overhead costs• Evaluate the use of inventory tracking technology, web-based warehousing software, or intelligent conveyor systems to maximize distribution center efficiency• Develop logistics metrics, internal analysis tools, or key performance indicators for business units• Help manage operations capital investment portfolio and demonstrate annualized cost optimization
