● Subject Leader for PSHE across the whole school.● Responsible for monitoring, devising and continually updating PSHE resources.● Leading and supporting a team of 14 staff across the whole school.● Development and reviewing of school policies, including RSE, Mental Health, PSHE and British Values.

● Teach, plan and deliver ‘Excellent’ PE lessons: EYFS, KS1, KS2 and KS3.● Responsible for liaising with other schools, improving the schools sporting provision, and promoting our department’s vision of ‘Creating Better Athletes for Life'.● Leading and/or accompanying national and international sports tours.● Managing and organising sports teams, matches and tournaments.● Lead the embedding of digital software and devices in PE and Games lessons. For example, VEO/AI Technology and IDOCEO.

● Raising pupil, parent and staff awareness of Mental Health issues at Feltonfleet.● Removing the stigma attached to Mental Health issues.● Assist with the transition of language from Mental Health to Mental Fitness.

● Overseeing day-to-day pastoral care of Year 6, 7 and 8 pupils.● Ensuring timely and transparent communication with parents/guardians.● Ongoing professional development regarding welfare and safeguarding training and legislation.
