In April 2012 I completed a mammoth challenge. I ran 2500 miles round the UK mainland. Running 50 miles everyday for 50 days - My Epic Run. On my return home to Skipton I wrote about my experiences and called my book Smile Big Run Hard. Today I am training for my next challenge to run and cycle 3500 miles across the USA. This will take place in July/August 2017 all raising money and awareness for Help for Heroes. Aside from all the running I attend many schools, colleges and businesses to provide motivational talks to staff and students.
