Mr. Boneh was one of the founding team of managers of the pioneering biotechnology company – Interpharm Laboratories Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss/Italian pharmaceutical group of Serono and served as its CFO from its inception in 1979 through 1983, including during its successful IPO in May 1981 on the NASDAQ.
