Mr. Boneh was one of the founding team of managers of the pioneering biotechnology company – Interpharm Laboratories Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss/Italian pharmaceutical group of Serono and served as its CFO from its inception in 1979 through 1983, including during its successful IPO in May 1981 on the NASDAQ. Later, he had joined an Israeli investment group - Yissum Holdings Ltd. (now Rosebud Ltd.) and served as its Senior Vice President.
