• Full ownership of P/L and Balance Sheet - posting accruals/prepayments, bank accounts reconciliations• Monthly reconciliation of an average £200,000.00• Sales Report spreadsheet implemented, and fully responsible for, which resulted in full visibility of profit/loss for each booking and subsequent commission due for each sales consultant and provides an accurate basis for month-end cost of sales accruals/prepayments. On average 30 bookings per month, equating to 90+ invoices processed. • Development of Financial and Operational strategy. Personally, created and built the internal processes followed by the sales staff, sales manual, has projected cash flow for the upcoming year and sourced finance where necessary, sold assets, sourced and changed suppliers of FX, phone systems, and provides in-house IT support. • Oversees and completes bookkeeping tasks of the business • Maintenance of customer ledgers on sage– allocating all customer receipts and identifying any discrepancies between values on customer ledgers and incoming payments. Projecting cash flow throughout the year and preparing for cash flow shortfalls with the CEO. • Fully responsible for managing FX deals and currency held with an FX bank. Ensuring the currency requirements are met and not exceeded to reduce and ultimately eliminate any risk exposure to the currency market. • Regular duties also included paying roughly 10-15 invoices per week alongside the CEO. • Providing support to colleagues and giving comprehensive training to new starters
