I've worked at the Cincinnati Zoo's Visitor Experience department for nearly 7 years and have been coming here as a visitor longer than I've been able to walk. In that time I've learned many of the intricacies that are woven into the job of Guest Services. At first I simply wanted a foot in the door to a caretaker position in one of the animal departments, but after a few years of assisting visitors and a fateful internship with the Africa department, my passion for Visitor Experience was fully revealed to me. I liked helping families make memories at the same place so many of my fond memories were, and it has become my passion.
