I’ve appreciated the art of food and beverage for as long as I could eat and drink. Helping restauranteurs and chefs hone in on the highest quality products and processes has been a passion for more than a decade. I believe partnership and collaboration start with respect and shared values. Today I try to bring the ethos of sustainability and regenerative agriculture to the hearts and minds of the Bay Area’s best innovators, and the stomachs of our community. Most recently, ensuring access to real food for the infirmed and the next generation of eaters and policy makers through hospital and public school food programs has been a core mission. Nothing brings people together like a good meal. Access to healthy food options and participation in a sustainable food cycle is a human right. If we can enjoy something fine, and keep the planet’s delicate supply chains alive for the next wave of creative culinary enthusiasts, we owe it to ourselves to do just that.
