• Set the standards for best-in-class customer service, mentor and oversea the delivery by team
• Deliver the farm assurance annual renewal process whilst ensuring understanding of the needs of the customers and the process for each agriculture sector.
• Ensure farm assurance renewals happen on time so that famers retain their assurance status – without this they cannot sell their livestock/produce as Farm Assured.
• Maintain resourcing requirements and team of 7 providing any support and training they needs to deliver.
• Set the Customer service delivery standards for the team and monitor team delivery performance.

• Manage independent contractor resource needed to deliver farm assurance scheme audit requirements – Circa 10 independent auditors. Highlight where more resource is needed.
• Ensure independent contractors are sufficiently trained and competent to complete the audits required.
• Manage the team scheduling audits to ensure audits are delivered on time within scheme KPI requirements resulting in a green operational delivery KPI from the scheme owners.
• Manage the independent contractors invoicing/payments process – checking delivery and expenses meet company requirements prior to payment.
• Manage independent contractor resource needed to deliver farm assurance scheme audit requirements – Circa 10 independent auditors. Highlight where more resource is needed.Support independent contractors I.T.
