As a person who is passionate about growth, my own or that of others, I am driven when it comes to helping people grow. I have attended Entreleadership one day events, Smart Conferences, and the Entreleadership Summit. I have listened to the Entreleadership podcast since it began and through its teachings, I have grown myself and have begun helping others. I worked for Dutch Bros Coffee and when I began that journey, I did not know what it would look like, I just knew I needed to work for a company that loved leadership as much as I did. In seven short months, I went from a Broista (the entry level position) to the Director of Personal Development. Through this transition, I had discovered a passion to help people grow that surpassed any previous passion of my life. I spent my first year building classes to teach our employees about goal-setting, self-leadership, and personal finance. I would regularly meet with Broistas and leaders to give them advice and encourage them on their journey because I’ve discovered that helping people problem solve is one of my fortes. I have a photographic memory when it comes to remembering quotes read from books and use them in my everyday life to encourage those around me and spread the knowledge of these amazing leaders who have gone before me.
