• Providing training on new systems and processes.

• Responsibilities:
• Carrying out ergonomic and DSE Assessments via telephone consultations & face to face appointments.
• Providing assistance on ergonomic solutions for new buildings and offices.
• Developing and mainting an intranet on various health and wellbeing initiatives with monthly updates, blogs and news articles.
• Carrying out audiometry assessments for those at risk of noise exposure e.g. Formula One.
• Collecting and confidentially storing and maintaining DNA profiles for high risk travellers e.g. camera operators and correspondents in war torn countries.Achievements:

• Managing a continued 12-month plan for health promotions across all UK sites including breast cancer, stop smoking, men’s health and back care
• Ensuring all promotions were met on time and within budget.
• Maintaining an online booking system for employees to choose times and dates for various events on their site.
• Training employees to become DSE assessors for their own sites on an ongoing basis.
• Carrying out various levels of DSE and ergonomic assessments onsite.

• Providing administrative support to the Occupational Health department, including answering queries and making bookings.
• Carrying out basic DSE assessments to reduce the costs of third parties.Achievements:
• Managed and organised the departments first 2 day off site training days.
• Attended training courses to learn how to be a DSE assessor and write reports.
• Travelled to Scotland to assist in the setup of an efficiently run department in Livingston and Dunfermline.
