Responsibilities:• Providing ergonomic solutions to end users with medical and health needs.• Delivering an exceptional level of service to end users and clients to ensure solutions are suitable for both individual and business.• Mentoring a team of less experienced assessors to maintain quality control. This included report writing assistance, report reviewing and aiding with complex ergonomic cases.• Providing training on new systems and processes.• Managing ergonomic events for companies around London and the South East, promoting Posturite products and providing guidance on musculoskeletal health.Achievements: • Worked closely with new assessors to ensure their assessments and report writing skills were at the high standard expected by the company.• Presented and provided ergonomic product demonstrations to medical professionals to allow them to assist and support their employees with musculoskeletal pain. • Provided a successful training program to CSE’s on new IT systems and company processes.• Provided ergonomic solutions to end users with highly complex medical issues to allow them to work with limited pain and discomfort.

Responsibilities:• Providing administrative support to the Occupational Health department, including answering queries and making bookings.• Carrying out basic DSE assessments to reduce the costs of third parties.Achievements: • Managed and organised the departments first 2 day off site training days.• Attended training courses to learn how to be a DSE assessor and write reports.• Travelled to Scotland to assist in the setup of an efficiently run department in Livingston and Dunfermline.• Assisted with the setup of transferring records to online so allow the department to become paperless, improving our carbon footprint.
