- Conceive and execute tailored, ambitious release plans for predominantly pop, singer/songwriter, alternative, rock, indie, jazz, and legacy artists under the Capitol Music Group roster
- Oversee artist strategy and create roadmap from conception to launch and long-tail promotion in hybrid marketing director & project manager role
- Serve as primary label representative for broader artist teams including artists, managers, agents, label partners, tour managers, and publishers
- Manage core artist teams and coordinate strategy with 100+ colleagues across all label departments including digital, A&R, creative, viral, international, commercial, eComm, PR, brands, sync, radio, video, research.
- Analyze in depth listener data and streaming performance using SQL/BigQuery
