At Barker College my current role is monitoring training programs for athletes ranging from novice to high performance across multiple sports including cricket, rugby, basketball, football, netball and AFL.

At Virgin Active I worked as a senior member of the personal training team with leadership responsibilities including new member orientation and junior trainer mentoring, alongside managing the exercise programs and nutrition plans of all my personal training clients. While building a base of 35+ clients, I was also responsible for programming and coordinating between 5-10 group exercise and boot camp classes per week.

At Konga Fitness I was responsible for the design and implementation of programs for high level athletes in sports such as ice hockey, judo and wrestling as part of a base of 30+ clients. As the most senior member of the Konga Fitness team responsible for the training of junior staff members.

At Oakhill College I was responsible for implementing all strength and conditioning programs for young teams and junior athletes, including several NSW and Australian schoolboy rugby representatives. I was also responsible for employee rostering, gym instructing and supervising.

Castle Hill Fitness was where I began my career in fitness. In my first two years I had built a large client base of 40+ clients and was promoted to senior trainer where I was given additional responsibilities such as coaching Junior Trainers and boot camp instructing.
