• Daily support and liaison with Company Director, Estate Manager and Site General Managers to ensure smooth business operation, with quarterly performance review meetings with Director, as well as monthly manager meetings to track individual site progress and think of new ways to benefit the business.• Responsible for the recruitment at Freespirit Pubs - candidate identification (Indeed, Linkedin, Leisure Jobs, Social Media), interviewing, onboarding and appraisal. This was for a wide variety of roles and levels of seniority from management and chef's to full time/part time both front and back of house. Also created the staff handbook and onboarding checklists.• Responsible for the creation and subsequent growth of the “MyFreespirit” loyalty scheme, currently standing at over 800 members and counting. A discount card with monthly offers to be used across the business, with a monthly newsletter. In the first 3 months, there was over 1800 "swipes" of the cards and a marked increase in customers using the 20% off on a Monday for loyalty members offer, usually one of the quieter days in the week.• Content creation for marketing team including writing 4 editions of the “Freespirit Times” newspaper, as well pieces for newsletters sent out to over 1500 customers and over 100 employees via Mailchimp.• General Manager absence cover throughout the business - cash, stock and staff management, as well as organising maintenance where required. Also help on various shifts where required for front of house support.• Event management - ensuring successful delivery for "Freespirit Events". Involved in planning, operations, delivery, and de-rig/feedback throughout a heavy events calendar - from weddings, to food truck gigs, through to a private festival attended by 600 people.• Involved in the identification and subsequent handover of 3 new sites in Oxford, Southam and Leamington Spa - planning, implementation of new systems, onboarding of new and existing staff and marketing.

• Brand representative in the Midlands region, training on all Alcatel and TCL products. Monthly visits to Vodafone, O2, H3, Dixons, Carphone Warehouse and independent retailers with the aim of increasing brand awareness and training retail staff in how to pitch Alcatel and TCL products to consumers.• Day-to-day liaison with instore sales staff and store managers, whilst also answering customer queries on official brand social media platforms and compiling reports to summarise for client• Writing, producing and recording product training and sales videos to be shared on official brand social media channels such as IGTV and Facebook.• Community support during COVID-19, going out into the community and offering tech support.• Run head office training programmes to support Carphone Warehouse's national training school. Classes varied from 25 up to 50 brand new Carphone Warehouse employees going through their 3 day induction.• Attend corporate and consumer events on stands, whereby dependant on the event, the aim varied from product training to networking or brand ambassadorial support. Also worked alongside some small independant retailers such as Mr Mobile in Manchester in a sales and lead generation capacity.• Upload daily content on to a closed Instagram site for the client to monitor success and use as case studies. Complete daily worksheets for compliance.• Attend weekly team calls with the tech team head and the other training executives to provide feedback on store visits. Also giving advice on what we found successful/challenging in our day to day role.• Active participant in quarterly agency & client briefing sessions to keep updated on all current, new and upcoming products, incentives and marketing plans. Also asked to make some presentations to the team around the state of the market, as well as mock store visits in front of the group to show different approaches.
