- Onsite daily monitoring of all our services to our client to ensure optimum and satisfactory services to our clients.
- First level application support of Tax portal application.
- First call contact to resolve any issues relating to SLA service impact.
- Business Analysis of new integrations to the tax portal application and others
- A liaison officer between our client and my company on issues relating to SLA and others.
