I enhanced the candidate journey from application to compliance handoff and implemented new marketing and recruitment tools. I led projects to implement new tools and processes, including a SaaS platform to automate the referral program across multiple brands. I also implemented CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. Additionally, I provided business analysis of marketing performance, reporting on ROI, engagement, and system usage, and built valuable relationships with key external stakeholders.

In this role, I facilitated recruitment processes, managed client relationships, and ensured successful placements. I developed and executed recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and led a team of Social Media Recruitment Marketing Executives. By collaborating with hiring managers, I provided tailored recruitment solutions. Additionally, I traveled across the UK to troubleshoot hard-to-fill locations, working with RPO solutions and high street branches.

Responsible for facilitating all the recruitment activity for Boots UK within the IT function. Supporting senior stakeholders across our large IT function, whilst working in conjunction with the business leaders to define their resource requirements, develop attraction plans and talent pipelines.
