The Strength and condition facility at Minnetonka High School is led by Mark Asanovich, an incredibly certified and experienced strength training coach. Mark has served as the head strength training coach of multiple NFL teams including the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers,and Baltimore Ravens. The strength and conditioning program provides students the opportunity to learn how to properly exercise and strength train with supervision from experts and coaches. It is our job to teach the client the importance of proper lifting techniques, workout ethics, and life goals to maintain a healthy fit body. Over the course of the program building up a strong relationship with the individual is vital to reach maximal strength gains and learning.
