Good experience in alternative substrates and peat alternatives but looking for a more circular/waste-based feedstock substitute. Beginning to explore organic and nature-based alternatives to high the typical high synthetic input approach, Usual agronomy qualifications of BASIS Crop Protection Horticulture & FACTS along with more microbione focussed ones such as Soil Food Web Foundation Course and BASIS' Advanced Soils. I believe that a more holistic systems approach is needed to improve the way we produce and consume food globally, and am interested in how the many solutions (and problems) fit together.
