I was fully responsible for the hiring, technical/sales training and mentoring of all 35 Technical Delivery Team members, which involved travelling once or twice a year to each location for a 2 week stay.Once hired, trained and deployed, the global team was hugely successful and hired between 50-100 technical contract professionals and 10-50 permanent technical professionals per calendar month.All appraisals, target setting, team incentives, mentoring and on-going training was my responsibility, until resigning from the industry in 2009.I would report all progress and results within our 'Heads of Business weekly meeting' which was then presented to the board.
