Initially I was hired for the Domestic process and after one month got selected in an IJP with the help of which I got selected in the International Process (Non-Voice process). I used to resolve queries that the customer had as well as customer complaints and providing resolutions in a quick and effective manner. Worked there for a duration of one year in rotational shifts. The working culture was awesome at Motif.
