Worked customer facing all my career. 4 years at argos taught me alot about customer service, how important stock management is and managing a successful team.2 years at b&q in trade sales of kitchens, bathroom and other materials. Here I learnt the basic of CAD design, the difference between products and also the knock on effect things can have due to errors to the end user.Currently at MKM Building Supplies in the showroom selling, designing and selling kitchens/bathrooms. I have developed massively here and love my job. I work to tight deadlines and run a very efficient diary. Seeing a customers project come to life is a real passion. I always like to push myself to learn new things and no the latest on trends.
