Primary role is to support Professors in my College by providing direct support in the post-award stage of the research process. Main responsibilities include approving travel and payroll expenses, monthly account reconciliation, and communicating directly with Research Professors to provide customer service and ensure compliance with schooland sponsor rules and regulations.

As Finance Adviser I worked directly with students regarding their finance options while attending school. My main responsibilities focused on account management, accounts payable and receivable. Acting as an advocate for students and offering advice and suggestions to the over 400 students that I work with. When not working directly with a student I was busy auditing accounts and making sure that students are in compliance with the different regulations that exist.

As Senior Writer designed and published 1-3 pages of national news for the student newspaper, in addition to authoring hard news, opinion, and feature stories for the sports section of the newspaper.

Managed the Special Olympics team for Utah State University. As a volunteer supervised a management team of 9 individuals as well as other volunteers who helped to oversee the local Special Olympics program. Responsibilities included training coaches and athletes, organizing events and fundraisers, as well as recruiting volunteers.
