CurrentManage and develop all accounts new and existing in Wales and the South West, UK.Sectors - Local Authority, Private Club, Sports Clubs and Consumer.Management of the South West and Wales, controlling the profitability and market share of business in my territory.Responsibilities:Develop the South West business strategy to provide solution based sales with ongoing profitable opportunities.Manage my customer and client base and add value to my customers businesses.Account Management of numerous large multi site operators.Discover and develop leisure solution based sales, projects and key accounts within my region.Generating leads and developing new business within public, private, professional sport and local authority sectors with a segment leading target expectation. Researching, writing and presenting quotes, proposals, business plans and CAD drawings for specific sector and business requirements. With an ever increasing emphasis on return on invesment and long term security.Tender writing for Local Authority and Private Trust sectors, proposals including preferred supplier agreement negotiations for service level agreements over five to eight years.Negotiation of all sales within Wales and the South West in varying values in an extremely competitive market place.Presentation, workshop, site tour and demostrations delivery to prospective clients.Working smart to identify and correctly qualify potential customers and competitors.
