Simultaneously developing a new labelling system for all branches and warehouses throughout South Africa which would significantly decrease man power required to label all 19 000 products. Created and monitored a new email marketing campaign to acquire new customers while utilizing the associated data to establish successful targeting methods.

In my final year of Engineering I had to decrease my involvement due to mounting academic workload and external projects. I managed the social media team until I left university when I stepped down from Litoro completely. This was to allow current UCT students to get involved in this incredible organization and bring fresh perspectives and ideas on how Litoro can decrease the plight of the South African education crisis.

Litoro Foundation is a student-run, registered nonprofit company which identifies high potential underprivileged high school pupils, sources and secures funding for their studies and provides each pupil with a tutor and mentor to enable academic and personal success.I first joined the Litoro Foundation when it was founded in 2017 to assist with the setup and initial day-to-day operations. At this stage, my responsibilities included:- Defined and setup the core scholarship programme (defined scope of scholarship; selected schools to partner with; recruited team to run day-to-day operations; managed costing and budgeting)- Developed and conducted initial fundraising campaign (preparing a pitch to potential donors; organising an event for the pitch; hosting the event)- Co-developing the Tutor & Mentor Programme (screening and recruiting tutors; setup of governance for engagements; assisting the compilation of standardised Mentor guide)

SA Teen Entrepreneur Foundation is a registered NPO Trust. The vision of the Foundation is to cultivate and promote an entrepreneurial spirit amongst high school learners across South Africa through interactive seminars, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions. Fixus Technologies is an app start-up aiming to provide a convenient solution for users to identify local trades people (plumbers, electricians, exterminators, etc) using a crowd sourced rating system and convenient geo-location services.

I worked alongside an international team of engineers and technicians to install a new bottling plant used for the dairy industry. My responsibilities included the testing of a variety of the packaging units, assisting with programming the plant cleaning system and facilitating the installation of Tetra-Pak Machinery.
