SolutioningDuring my first rotation I developed my testing skills by writing unit tests for the backend of Santander's SIRI Payments App, this gave me exposure to the agile methodology and backend systems.Finance During this rotation I was given my own individual project with the aim to create a variance checking system. I was tasked with analysing the requirements, designing a solution and building the system. In completing this task I developed my SQL and JCL skills as well as my understanding of the banks products, its data and how the data behaves over time. Towards the midpoint in this rotation two interns joined the team, I able to delegate my work to them whilst providing support for them which allowed me time to help the team work in a more agile way.Innovation T&ODuring this rotation I worked as part of the Chatbots team. This involved analysing and writing requirements for the project, reviewing chatbot performance and providing insights to the business users based on MI. I also helped business users to create chatbot content and help them understand how chatbots work. Risk & CollectionsDuring this rotation I worked as a test analyst, this involved designing test cases for the project as well as writing and refining requirements that involved calling 3rd party APIs.

As part of the Incident Coordination and Control team, I produced a daily report detailing current incidents within the corporate banking systems, which I presented to senior managers. This involved gathering updates from various different teams. In addition to this, I also produced weekly reports detailing the progress of incidents within the corporate banking systems.
