Played an integral role at St Paul’s School in their fundraising team, £16.3m raised since 2019. Planning and implementing; regular giving program (increase of 450% from 2019 to an income of £849,000), parental support of fundraising is at 50%, major donor identification and approach planning, legacy program, leavers appeals, USA fundraising, stewardship all levels from regular donors to £1m+ donors. Special projects - delivered the most successful Giving Day in an independent school (at the time) £330,000 from 648 donors in 36 hours and the School's first telethon.

During my time working in School Development at Prior’s Field School, I was involved initially with developing the Old Girls and Friends community and more then latterly, since the established of The Prior’s Field Foundation in 2012, working alongside their Development Director on all aspects of fundraising. I have been involved in the research and profiling of the potential donor pool, using both external companies and internal information resources. I was the primary user of the donor relationship database Donor Strategy and developed the size, use and sophistication of the database over the five years.I gained much knowledge, actively increasing my understanding of and skills , utilising contacts, attending courses and conferences including completing the Institute of Fundraising Certificate in Fundraising.I was involved in cultivating major gifts, in particular managing major donors through their donor journey. In the summer of 2013 I undertook an extensive review of the ‘UK charitable trusts market’ to identify which external trusts we should be approaching for funding. I was responsible for all the communications for the Old Girls including letters, invitations and five editions of the Prior’s Field Old Girls’ Magazine, a 20 page ‘glossy’ magazine that goes out to the entire Old Girls’ and Friends database. The magazine contains news, events, historical and persuasion pieces from our Old Girl donors. Through this area of work I have developed a wide experience of running and developing events to engage our community with the school.
