A big man with a big heart - I’m an extremely focused, determined, hard working individual who strives to better others as much as I strive to better myself. A former student athlete at LeMoyne College where I was a member of the baseball team. During my time at LeMoyne, I completed my B.A. in Communications with a minor in Psychology. I then continued my education as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning coach for St. John’s University, while earning an MBA with a focus in Management. Currently I am working as the Director of Remote Training at Velo University where my focus is to help athletes improve on and off the field.
