DEFENCE PEOPLE GROUP PEOPLE SERVICES DIVISION Provided technical advice to staff and senior executives to influence the recovery of complex debt including corporate, formal legal and insolvency processes. Build staff capability in complex debt collection and empower them to achieve exceptional results. Providing sound advice on accounts payable and accounts receivable-related policies and processes, and addressing escalated queries.Lead transformational strategic planning processes, strategic planning models, assembled and coached strategic actions to team members and advised senior members through communication and deployment of strategy.

Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation. Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations. Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements. Working closely with the Business Manager and other senior executives

As the Business Manager I am responsible distributing and forecasting various resources within the unit’s budget. I am accountable for handling fuel allocations, Ammo demands and a budget of more than $1M. I offer insights and financial advice to my executive staff to allow them to make the best decisions for units capability.

My position as a Quality Assurance Manager was to Investigate and resolve anomalies between the finance and personnel systems, taking the initiative to identify and apply corrective actions. Analyse trends, data quality issues and recommend policy, procedure or changes. Design training packages in accordance with data analysis to assist with possible training shortfalls.

I was in charge of a team of members. I allocated work to individuals in my team based on my analysis and understanding of their strengths and weaknesses in order to meet KPIs and financial cutoffs. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
