I’m part of EY’s global innovation and digital transformation program for the Assurance service line, focused on our finance advisory businesses. I’m the Global Digital & Innovation Leader and Global Data & AI Leader for Financial Accounting Advisory Services.

I lead a practice in the Americas focused on helping clients maximize the value of digital and emerging technologies in the finance function. My team designs, develops and implements data engineering, advanced financial analytics, management reporting, consolidation, automation and AI/ML solutions.

Our Commodities Markets practice assists firms in the energy, agricultural, consumer products and industrial commodities sectors with a wide variety of initiatives related to market, credit and operational risk management; implementation of energy and commodity trading risk management technology systems (ETRM / CTRM); the use of technological innovations to drive efficiency (e.g., blockchain, data analytics, AI / machine learning and robotic process automation, etc.), regulatory compliance; organizational change; and, performance improvement.

EY's Commodities Markets group, part of the firm's Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, assists firms in the energy, agricultural, and industrial commodities sectors with a wide variety of initiatives related to market, credit and operational risk; regulatory compliance; implementation of energy and commodity trading risk management systems (ETRM/CTRM systems) and other technologies; and, organizational change and performance improvement.

I advised clients on the impact of OTC derivatives and capital market regulations in the wake of the financial crisis. I testified before Congress and presented before the SEC, CFTC and Federal Reserve regarding risk management practices, transaction execution and the use of trading platforms and other technologies.

I advised clients on effective management of interest rate and FX risk and establishing hedging counterparts relationships. I executed OTC transactions on behalf of clients.
