Sam leads Digital Success for Egon Zehnder. Her team ensures Egon Zehnder makes the most of current and future technology trends, and has a thriving Digital-IT function. Sam had a successful career with McKinsey for nearly 15 years. For the last 8 years, she played various leadership roles within McKinsey's Technology & Digital function. For the last 4 years, she was Director of strategy and transformation, responsible for defining a future state, multi-year transformation - and then leading the agile transformation of 3,000 technology colleagues, covering 120 product teams and 2 major service organizations. Prior to joining McKinsey's Technology & Digital function, Sam was a client service consultant with McKinsey's Palo Alto office in Silicon Valley, serving a range of high tech and healthcare clients on product, marketing, sales, technology and transformation strategy. Sam has her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in marketing management, managerial and organizational behavior and operations. She graduated from Stanford University with a BSc in Management Science and Engineering. Sam continues to enjoy learning about leadership, agility, team effectiveness and how to help organizations thrive.Outside of work, Sam loves spending time with her husband Mark, who she met at Stanford, and their two daughters. Sam enjoys paint pouring, decorating cookies, home organizing, learning piano and reading.
