I am responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of properties within the East Midlands. My role involves leadership, relationship building, and the implementation of best practices to ensure an efficient, compliant, and high-quality service for property owners and tenants alike. I work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to maximize property performance, tenant satisfaction, and overall portfolio growth.

The project was built entirely from scratch and took over a year to gain ground on the local market after the department was established. My primary goals were to ensure compliance, develop a managed property portfolio, and recruit "Lettings Partners" to expand our services.During my time at Hortons, I tripled the number of managed properties and fostered strong relationships with both landlords and tenants to deliver a compliant, efficient management service.

I worked for Connells Land & New Homes in the East Midlands, covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Cambridgeshire.My role involved overseeing sales across various new home developments. Key responsibilities included training branch colleagues, coordinating with developers, attending weekly meetings to review sales progress, sourcing new developers, evaluating land potential, and providing up-to-date market insights, among other tasks.
