Since 2016 I have played an integral role in communicating major changes in the business that came with a new corporate strategy, including the digitalisation of the company and crisis communications in overcoming a major cyber attack and reinforcing IT systems.

On each assignment, my teams and I broke major news across a broad range of topics in business, politics and sport and worked closely with business colleagues to achieve sales and profile growth. I was in charge of diverse teams of text reporters, photographers, tv professionals and sales and support staff and used my position and expertise to promote the company’s brand by involvement and management of sales and marketing events. I regularly spoke at and moderated high-level policy conferences and appeared as an interviewee on other media.
