Partner with Strategic Delivery Executive to hire, train, and lead direct reports. Directly supervise the day to day operations of Ramp Operation Center Recruiters. Qualify incoming new business using the perfect fit delivery model. Recruit: source, screen, select, and service candidates and contract employees as needed. Consult regional partners on best practices and support for high-volume recruiting. Manage team key performance indicators and expected business results. Provide daily feedback to the team on these metrics. Manage multiple high volume projects for clients such as; Amazon, FedEx, and Columbia Sportswear.

Conduct job specific interviews- present and sell opportunity to candidate; evaluate and assess candidate’s qualifications; and make hiring recommendations to clients. Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews. Work with executive leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
