Working closely with global Government and Public Sector leadership and global EY Knowledge colleagues to develop and execute EY's strategic GPS knowledge plans for European markets and global Advisory and Assurance practices.

Creation and implementation of knowledge management plan for the Local Service Delivery and User Experience cluster as part of a pilot for a new KM model at the NAO.Introduction and oversight of new knowledge champion programme.Design and delivery of training for new document management system (SharePoint 2013).

Advising the core practice and sector communities on knowledge planning and delivery. Managing the global site managers to ensure integrity of information is maintained on ERM’s award-winning on-line knowledge tool, Minerva (SharePoint 2010).

Working with the leadership teams to develop knowledge plans for eachbusiness unit, advised relevant stakeholders on the knowledge needs of eachgroup, identifying gaps between the current and desired knowledge environment (i.e. the processes, behaviours and technology supporting knowledge sharing and access to information). Made recommendations to close those gaps and address the needs identified. In addition, had oversight of the implementation of the knowledge plan for each group within specified deadlines and reporting to leadership on progress against defined success measures.

Provided an analysis of the processes in place to support access to information at the Ministerial Correspondence Unit in the Department of Health. Identified a number of flaws in the existing processes, used knowledge and experience to make recommendations to improve the quality and speed of response to ministerial correspondence. Oversaw the implementation and introduction of the accepted recommendations.
