I currently serve in the role of Chief Operating Officer at The Stewart Organization, one of the largest privately owned business technology and document equipment dealers in North America. In this role, I help the organization leverage and use data to effectively manage their business. I am a high-energy and driven executive with a strong passion for leading and building cross-functional teams who are excited to perform with excellence and clear vision. A firm believer that if you take care of your people, they will take care of your customers and you, I have dedicated my career to investing and pouring into my teams to be better, learn more, and do more than they thought they could. This philosophy is also used in the classroom in my role as an Adjunct Professor at DBU to help my students excel and become future leaders in their careers. Before being promoted to COO at The Stewart Organization, I served as the Director of Operations and Analytics where I managed the Logistics and Operations teams and oversaw the business intelligence and information systems. Prior to joining this company, I worked at Brink’s Inc. as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where I collaborated with a global team to train, analyze, integrate, and implement business intelligence strategies that spanned across various geographical regions.I excel in my creative ability to swiftly evaluate organizations' needs, harmonize technical and business requirements, and lead teams to develop forward-thinking technical solutions.
