I work and Co-ordinate the Finance Core Team responsible for collecting from new accounts & existing accounts and reconciliation of monthly income and client payments. Key Responsibilities:• Co-ordinating the daily workflow for the team ensuring that all task are completed within the required SLA• Creating and sending dentist and patient payment files• Reconciling patient income and dental payments on a monthly basis• Planning and delivery of training packages for new starters• Authorising and sending company bank payments both in the UK and Internationally • Monitoring and tacking movements between all company bank accounts• Experienced process analyst and assessor to ensure cost and time saving• Experienced point of escalation for internal teams• Assisting project teams with finance procedures for compliance
