About Sam Caplan

After transitioning to sales in 2014 after a 10-year stint in the Mixed Martial Arts industry, I started hawking chicken sausage in grocery stores (and later at Costco) as a simple side hustle to better support my family. My journey eventually led me to a full-time career in CPG and in 2016, I set out to start my own comanpy, Brand Ambassador Consultants in 2016.I started Brand Ambassador Consultants with two primary objectives:First, as someone who started in field marketing as a Brand Ambassador, I wanted to create an organization that I personally would want to work for. Field marketing is a talent-driven business and brands and agencies that treat their BAs as interchangeable parts simply are not able to run a successful program.Second, I only wanted to help build brands that I believed in. As someone who believes that proper sleep, ample exercise, and healthy nutirition can change lives for the better, I in good faith cannot represent any products that use ingredients that can harm our friends and families. As such, I only set out to work with brands in the Better-for-You and Natural Channel categories.As a 10-year field marketing vet in CPG, I've been blessed with both the opportunity to help build and mantain nationally recognized field marketing programs. Additionally, I've been able to build out a national network of some of the industry's most passionate and best-selling BAs!There have been a lot of twist and turns but what started as a part-time consultantcy became a full-time, full-service national field marketing solution in August of 2023.I've been blessed with the opportunity to help support some of the most well-known all-natural brands in the industry.
