Mr. Cardillo is currently a Project Manager at Resource Environmental Group Services in their Commerce City, Colorado office. He has overall management responsibility for Operational Planning on assigned company projects for all divisions of SEER (Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources) which include Resource Environmental Group Services, MV Technologies, and Paragon Waste Solutions.

Haul Road Operations Rocky Mountain Arsenal-Managed all aspects of the Haul Road Operations contract at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Project included Hazardous Waste Landfill and Basin A Landfill Operations, Management of Decontamination Facilities, Infrastructure Maintenance, Haul Roads Maintenance, Stormwater and Erosion Control, Snow Removal for the RMA, Soil Sampling, Mowing and Dust control.Hazardous Waste Landfill Rocky Mountain Arsenal-Managed and participated in facility cap construction and closer. Project involved in placement of final waste fills to grade specifications, final grade fill placement, stormwater management, management of personnel in the decontamination of haul vehicles and equipment, and final rock cap construction.Installation of Vapor Extraction Systems-Participated in the installation and maintenance of Vapor Extraction Systems, Product Extraction Systems and Soil Remediation Operations for AMACO Oil Company throughout the midwest region. Traveled from site to site constructing and maintaining systems for AMACO. Over 100 systems installed throughout the mid-west region.

Storage Tank Cleaning-Participated in the implementation of a revolutionary tank cleaning system. Implemented the cutting edge tank cleaning system called an MPCU or Mobile Power Cleaning Unit. This system was designed to clean any size tank above or below ground without the need for tank entry. System was utilized to clean hundreds of tanks on refineries, railcar lines, UST’s and massive above ground storage tanks

Installation of Vapor Extraction Systems-Participated in the startup of Handex of Colorado supervising installation and maintenance of Vapor Extraction Systems, Product Extraction Systems and Soil Remediation Operations for AMACO Oil Company throughout the midwest region. Traveled from site to site constructing and maintaining systems for AMACO. Over 100 systems installed throughout the midwest region.
