I teach 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and Health.

I led field-based operations in a teen behavioral health program based in Rites of Passage, Horticultural, and Neurosequential models of development. I responded with therapeutic interventions to behaviors resulting from disorganized attachment styles, impaired social interactions, identity of self disturbance, ineffective coping, suicidal and self-harm ideations and behaviors.I coordinated directly with clinical staff to implement participants' individualized treatment interventions.I oversaw logistical operations within the field setting by managing student and staff leadership roles, community living activities, and adherence to safety protocols.
