Working out of the contract resources East coast maintenance facility where i was responsible for daily maintenance of Industrial services equipment including high pressure water jetting pumps and accessories up to 3000 bar rated capacity, Rigid and flex lance machines from the likes of Stone age and Peinemann. Preparing equipment for major turnaround scopes for PM's on time on budget.Extensive knowledge on fault diagnosis/repair for Jetstream and Hammelmann (triplex and quintuplex) pumps.

• Work within a small team of multi discipline IS operator's participating in exchanger maintenance program at caltex lytton refinery• Participate in continuous improvement programs to help caltex and contract resources meet saftey and quality goals• Extensive knowledge with HPW units & components including serivce, repair & fault diagnostics• Help coordinate and execute tank cleaning scopes on time and under budget while utilising latest technology and best practices

Pipeline pre-Commissioning· 4/1 roster at Wheatstone project OSBL· Lead a team of multiple discipline IS operators covering Hydroblasting,Dessicant drying and boroscoping. Responsible for the cleaning and conversion of all tanks at viva Clyde (formerly shell) duties included:-Operation of Vacuum trucks and interceptor bins to remove heavy sludge from crude tanks-Operation of HPW & UHPW jetting equipment-Assist in the setup and operations of blabo automated non man entry tanks cleaning system-Conversion of crude oil megalitre tanks to aviation fuel -Confined space emergency rescue standby-Work under and monitor open circuit breathing apparatus sets

Shell Clyde:• Provide maintenance and service function at the Shell oil refinery• Oil spill and chemical recovery• Operate hydraulic power packs, pumps and dozers for product and sludge removal from within storage tanks and settling ponds.• Industrial Cleaning and waste management• Vacuum pipeline pigging• Working off site and close to water ways • Lead a team as a permit authority/holder ensuring compliance, promoting risk awareness and encouraging the team to get involved.• Inspect materials and products for defects and to ensure conformance to clients specifications• Cleaning of Reactor towers, Vessels and silos using latest Hammelmann Aquamat tank head systems• Basic pipe fitting, blind installation and removal on process plant and equipment• Guide and mentor new starters in company procedures and best practices• Monitor atmospheric conditions for safe operations in confined spaces• Assisting Mechanical fitters in Removal & installation of process equipment
